Commercial real estate and land use planning has seen many changes in both the law and procedure among both the local municipalities, counties and the State over the past several years. Our office provides services ranging from a relatively straight forward variance for, as an example, an addition to a current structure up to and including major subdivisions in both commercial and residential development. In addition to filing and presenting the appropriate documentation and information to the local municipality, all too often, land use applications involve providing the appropriate applications and documentation to other state and federal agencies such as, the New Jersey Pinelands Commission, the DEP and EPA and, in some instances, the historical societies. Our firm provides a wide range of services from the initial application process through the final presentation and land use approval.
